Yellow Waratah Flower

Native Australian Flora is not always easy to name. I believe this is a Waratah Flower with turned down stamen and brighter yellow tips but I can’t be sure as it was found on a roadside planting done by the local South Gippsland Shire Council. Whatever it is, it’s a beautiful close-up which shows centers that look like popped corn.
